Overnight Oats with Vanilla Bean Paste

Wake up to a breakfast that feels indulgent but takes almost no effort—raspberry overnight oats infused with our Regenerative Organic Vanilla Bean Paste. Creamy, naturally sweet, and bursting with real vanilla flavor, it’s a simple make-ahead recipe that transforms your morning into something a little more special.

I am going to share with you my new favorite breakfast. I put oats, oatmilk, and a spoonful each of chia seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds in a mason jar. I drizzle a little of vanilla bean paste and add some raspberries on top, and heat it up in a microwave when I get to work.

I just love it. You can add whatever fruit is in season. It is the perfect on-the-go breakfast. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1 cup oat milk 

  • 1 spoonful of chia seeds

  • 1 spoonful ground flaxseed

  • 1 spoonful of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Regenerative Organic  Certified Vanilla Bean Paste

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions:

  1. In a small mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla bean paste. Stir well.

  2. Gently fold in the raspberries (you can lightly mash a few to release their juices).

  3. Cover and bring to the office

  4. Once at the office, cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds in the microwave.

  5. Enjoy!
