I am going to share with you my new favorite breakfast. I put oats, oatmilk, and a spoonful each of chia seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds in a mason jar. I drizzle a little of vanilla bean paste and add some raspberries on top, and heat it up in a microwave when I get to work.
I just love it. You can add whatever fruit is in season. It is the perfect on-the-go breakfast.
Ingredients:

½ cup old-fashioned oats

1 cup oat milk

1 spoonful of chia seeds

1 spoonful ground flaxseed
- 1 spoonful of hemp seeds

1 teaspoon Regenerative Organic Certified Vanilla Bean Paste

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions:

In a small mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla bean paste. Stir well.

Gently fold in the raspberries (you can lightly mash a few to release their juices).

Cover and bring to the office

Once at the office, cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds in the microwave.
